La selección "cafetera" trabajó fortalecimiento muscular y trabajo de campo con ejercicios específicos
25 de los 26 convocados estuvieron presentes en la práctica de hoy, que realizó la Selección Colombia en la Sede Deportiva de la Federación Colombiana de Fútbol en Barranquilla, casa de la “tricolor”.
La agenda para los jugadores incluyó, recuperación y activación en horas de la mañana, mientras que por la tarde, hicieron trabajos de fortalecimiento y saltaron al campo de entrenamiento para realizar ejercicios específicos, estipulados por el cuerpo técnico.
El miércoles; la Selección Colombia, estará entrenando en el estadio Metropolitano Roberto Meléndez sobre las 5:40 de la tarde, con atención a los medios de comunicación.
