La selección realizó trabajo de fuerza en el gimnasio y después desarrolló movimientos tácticos de cara al partidos del martes.

La Selección. Colombia Masculina de Mayores practicó en la Sede Deportiva de la Federación Colombiana de Fútbol en Barranquilla.


Los 28 jugadores salieron a las 4:30 de la tarde del hotel de concentración para dirigirse al lugar del entrenamiento. El profesor Néstor Lorenzo, no dejó pasar el día desapercibido y celebró el aniversario número 100 de la FCF:


La jornada estuvo guiada por un trabajo específico en el gimnasio de fuerza, prevención y coordinación para luego saltar a la cancha y realizar algunos ejercicios de precisión en los pases.


Finalmente, el cuerpo técnico desarrollo una práctica con fútbol para ajustar movimientos tácticos de cara al encuentro ante Chile del próximo martes.
