El Chelsea ha anunciado esta mañana la destitución de Thomas Tuchel como su entrenador tras la derrota de anoche ante el Dínamo de Zagreb 1-0 en el inicio de la UEFA Champions League 2022-2023. Ésta fue la tercera derrota del equipo en esta campaña en la que suma 7 partidos disputados. La dinámica negativa ha llevado a la junta directiva de Todd Boehly a prescindir de los servicios del entrenador alemán.


Tuchel asumió su cargo en el Chelsea en enero de 2021 tras la destitución de Frank Lampard. Ahora 18 meses después abandona el club tras haber ganado la Champions de 2021, la UEFA Supercup de 2021 y el Mundial de Clubs a inicios de 2022.


Tuchel, dirigió al Chelsea en 100 partidos de los cuáles ganó 60, empató 24 y perdió 16, con un rendimiento del 60 %.
